EHI Tables Export

Description : This export functionality is designed to efficiently retrieve and package a patient's attached documents for convenient access and storage. When initiated, the system will compile all of a patient's associated documents into a single zip archive file. Each patient's documents will be zipped separately, with the filename of the archive being set to the unique identifier for that patient, known as their 'patient ID.' This approach ensures that each patient's documents remain organized and easily identifiable, simplifying data management and retrieval for healthcare professionals and administrators.

Export Chart Record Information

Description : Export Patients Chart Record Information - generates a comprehensive spreadsheet of medical records for the patient(s) in SOAP notes view, along with additional information like medications, laboratory results, radiology reports and other medical data. SOAP notes, which stand for Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan notes, are a structured form of documentation commonly used in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems by healthcare professionals. These notes are essential for maintaining accurate and organized patient records. CPT, SNOMED, LOINC, NDC, ICD-9, ICD-10, CVX, RXNORM, HCPCS reference codes being used.

Description : This feature provides a convenient way to export essential patient demographic information into a spreadsheet format. Upon activation, the system will generate a spreadsheet file containing this data. In the resulting spreadsheet, the first column will exclusively display the unique patient identifier, known as the 'patient ID.' This straightforward layout ensures that patient records are organized systematically, making it easy for healthcare professionals and administrators to access and work with patient demographic information efficiently.
